  • Poster printout:¬†Our average delivery time are about 7¬†business days after your poster order is placed along with confirming the final version ready for print out.
  • Other Custom Accessories: Processing time:¬†¬†5¬† business days¬†after your¬†accessories order is placed along with confirming the final version ready for print out. Shipping time: 7-10 business days.¬†

Express Shipping: There is an option for express shipping at additional cost, please address your request in "Note to Designer" when you place the order, we will contact you to send a separate order link per your requested timeline.
 

Tracking: 

  • We update tracking information as soon as the label for the order is printed.¬†
  • Tracking can be checked through your shipping email confirmation
  • We send a tracking confirmation email for your convenience as soon as the tracking has been updated.¬†
  • If your tracking shows that "shipping label is created" but you don't see any updates, please allow¬†5-7 business days for an update.¬†
